WIN A Flight In A Spitfire

The ultimate Aviation dream, WIN a flight in an iconic Spitfire, a truly unique and exhilarating experience you will never forget.

Following a briefing, you will be issued with a flying suit before following “The Few” for your 30 minute flight in a Spitfire T9. The pilot will demonatrate the awesome capability of the aircraft and you can even experience the signature “Victory Roll”.

On return to Duxford you will have the opportunity to take phots with the Spitfire and be awarded a certificate and flying suit patch. This also gives free entry to the museum for you and a guest, (further quests admitted at half price).

The Imperial War Museum, Duxford is the largest aviaition museum in Europe, covering 85 acres and approx. 200 of the most iconic exhibits on display.

Terms and conditions

  • Draw will take place on 1st July 2018 during RAF100 day
  • Prize must be used before 30 June 2019 (1 year)
  • Valid winning ticket must be presented to claim prize
  • Transport to IWM Duxford not included
  • Winner must comply with guidelines set out by Classic Wings
  • The organisers are not responsible for changes or cancellations made by Classic Wings


  • Min age – 18 yrs old, phot id req’d (passport, driving licence, etc)
  • Max height – 6ft 6in, 195cm
  • Max weight – 230lbs, 105kg
  • Healthy enough to climb into the fly in the aircraft, not pregnant or suffering from cold/flu
  • No known heart or respiratory conditions (seek GP advice)
